Returns/Exchanges/Refunds
Product Availability
We do not claim to have any product in stock at time of ordering. We don't run "real-time" inventory. Upon placing an order and using any form of merchant service, your card is charged automatically by the system used. We don't control this action. if you donb't want your credit card charged upon placing your order, please phone in your order during regular business hours.
Sales Tax
Taxes apply only to Washington State residents; a 8.6% sales tax will be added to your order. Shipping charges are however are nontaxable.
Shipping and Delivery
For C.O.D. Orders, simply contact our office to place your order. Standard shipping will take 7-10 days. FedEx® Ground and Express delivery is available for many products. DHL and Dominion Freight, may also be used frequently. All orders considered standard freight or “ground”. Shipping in lower 48 states only, unless arrangements are made by contacting our order line for directly placing your order. Please Note: Shipping to a P.O. Box or APO/FPO address will incur an additional $5.00 plus any other USPS surcharges. If you want your package shipped to a P.O. Box or APO/FPO address, please email us prior to your purchase.
Cancelled Orders
If, for any reason after your order has been placed, you wish to cancel, we do enforce a 3% up to 20% re-stock fee (depending on mfg) in which will be deducted from the balance returned on your credit card. This keeps our costs low and enables us to pass on the lowest prices on the internet. We appreciate your business.
You shall never expect to pay for damaged or defective items. We represent only the finest quality products from the highest quality manufacturers in which we represent. If this occurs, simply contact our office within 10 days of the receipt of the order and we will issue an immediate return, replacement for such items and/or order. Customer damaged or "installed" items are not returnable unless pre-authorized by management.
Special Orders or Custom Items
In a rare case in which our company ships your order wrongfully, incorrect, or incomplete, we will remedy the situation at our expense. If your order ships complete and proper per your request, all “special order” items become “un-returnable” as we, in many cases, will not be able to obtain a credit from the manufacturer and/or supplier. After 24 hours, orders placed will be and shall constitute a “confirmed order” status. Once order is placed and reached the mfg, special pattern items are not cancelable as they may be in the process of being made. But call our office to see.
Website Pricing
RVFunProducts.com reserves the right to change the pricing of any item carried on the site at any time. Although we try to have the most complete description possible, the information on this site is, out of necessity, condensed. Detailed specifications or other technical assistances are available upon request. We have gone to great lengths to verify that the picture is an exact representation of the product, however some pictures may vary due to recent product changes. We reserve the right to substitute any product or manufacturer for one of equal or greater quality, and or specifications without notice. Not all packaging is intended for resale purposes.
Warranty of Goods
RVFunProducts.com warrants any item purchased to be free of defects in materials or workmanship for 30 days from purchase. In addition, many of our products carry extended manufacturer's warranties. The warranty period will be noted with the particular product.
