Shipping and Delivery
For C.O.D. Orders, simply contact our office to place your order. Standard shipping will take 7-10 days. FedEx Ground and Express delivery is available for many products. Dominion Freight, may also be used frequently. All orders considered standard freight or ground. Shipping in lower 48 states only, unless arrangements are made by contacting our order line for directly placing your order. Please Note: Shipping to a P.O. Box or APO/FPO address will incur an additional $5.00 plus any other USPS surcharges. If you want your package shipped to a P.O. Box or APO/FPO address, please email us prior to your purchase.
Product Returns
Returned products shall need to be packaged consistent from which that it came and be insured in order to qualify for a refund. Items returned are not to be used and in "new re-sale condition". All returns are subject to each mfg's policy and we will make every attempt to statisfy your needs. All restock fees, call tags, or charges are enforced per the policies of each mfg we represent. No returns are accepted on "Marine Electronics", product replacements are okay, but product returns are not allowed once used or open. Tech support is available during business hours supported by mfg. No returns accepted if the product is; damaged, welded on, altered, misused, abused, or any other such act. Special order or pattern-cut items are considered non-returnable. Credit cards are charged before orders are shipped. Items ordered same day are not always shipped the same day. Shipping charges are included on all orders. In the event of ANY returns, RMA's, or refund of said merchandise, the shipping charges are automatically deducted from the credit refund. We can't reimburse our shipping costs which are incurred. All returned items must be pre-authorized with an issued RMA number.
