Materials list:

  • 1 ATV Travel & Storage Cover
  • 3 trailering straps

Installation Note:
If you are transporting your ATV you must follow all of the steps below. If you are covering your ATV for storage, the straps in steps 2-5 are needed only for outdoor storage and you can ignore step 3.

1. Place your ATV on the trailer or vehicle (do not tie the ATV down to the trailer). With the rear split panel to the back of your ATV, pull your cover down over your ATV.

2. Locate the three trailering straps. Clip two of the straps to the buckles on the side of your cover. Run the unattached ends of the straps through the horizontal slots below the buckles to the inside of the cover (Fig 1). The straps will fall through to the cover and out the horizontal slits. Clip the strap ends into the buckles on the side of the cover.

3. If you are trailering your vehicle, there are slots in the cover for tie-down straps or cables under the triangular panels on the front and rear of your cover. Run your tie-downs from the ATV, through the cover and then down to the trailer or vehicle.

4. Clip the remaining strap into the buckle at the bottom of the front triangular panel. Toss the strap under your ATV to the rear of the ATV and clip the loose end of the strap to the buckle on the back of the covera through the split back section.

5. Tension all three straps to fit your cover tightly to your ATV. If you are transporting your ATV tie off any loose ends of the strap going from front to back and tuck any loose ends of the sides straps into the cover.

Cleaning
Clean your cover with a soft brush and luke-warm water or machine wash in COLD water. DO NO USE SOAP as it may remove the protective coatings added by the factory. Line dry or machine dry on air or delicate.

Storage
A handy storage bag is attached to your cover. To avoid mildew be sure your cover is dry before you store it in the storage bag.

Warranty
This product is factory warranted for workmanship and materials for two years after purchase. This warranty does not cover damage caused by failure to use the trailering straps when transporting an ATV on a vehicle or trailer.
